I know that more connection, support, and resource sharing changes lives and impacts our families, communities and our world in really meaningful ways.

I bring flexible, adaptable, trauma-informed tools along with a big dose of compassion and understanding to my work with parents and professionals.

These tools are simple but not always easy! It takes practice and experimenting to figure out what each unique child and family needs to thrive. Little shifts in thinking or connection can alter the chemistry of a difficult dynamic in big ways.

Most importantly, when you feel connected and confident, you’re able to be at your best more of the time. We need that! We need you! I want to support you in getting there.

CONNECT AND PLAN

Share with me what is going well and what is hard, what you’ve tried and how that has gone. We’ll make a plan together with doable experiments you can try!
EXPERIMENT

You’ll bring fresh ideas from our class or consultation back home and see what kinds of chemistry shifts you can make. You’ll make note of what goes well and what doesn’t and report back.
REFLECT AND REVISE

The tools we use are incredibly flexible and adaptable. There is always room for tinkering with the plan to bring the most connection and best chemistry possible for your unique context.
